Looking good!!

Changing the subject slightly are those lights on the bumper from ARB or a different company? And what size are the round lights?

The fog lights in the bumper are ARB. The round lights on the bumper are Amazon Chinese specials. LOL They are plenty bright though!

To me the thought of running a snorkel on a late model truck for anything other than aesthetics is pointless. If you ever are in a situation where it is actually needed you can pretty much kiss all the electronics in the truck goodbye.

As for dust. You would be surprised at how little actually gets into the OEM filter housing when running in extremely dusty areas. I used to oversee fleet maintenance for a large construction company and we had several trucks with intake snorkels and the air filters on the ones running them went through air filters twice as fast. They would either need a new air filter or have the existing one blown out after 3K miles. If neither was done the filter would be completely clogged within 5K miles. The same model trucks without snorkels could easily go 12K miles before the filters were in need of being cleaned or replacement.
This is a good point and the snorkel gives an open path strait into the air box. The stock box is contained inside of the engine bay and that would take more to get into the air box in that case.

would love some under the hood pics to see how the snorkel mounts to the airbox and how the current intake is closed off. This is definitely on the list for my upgrades.

I find it interesting that you put a bag over the intake to keep dust out lol. Its not a bad thing but I find it funny since not many people do that.
It was actually in the instructions. But my friend that helped me and I are cautious people. LOL

So understanding correctly as long as you have been keeping the fair and somewhat kind throttle MPG was able to improve by 2 with this? I'm kind of suprized because I would think with it sticking out the aerodynamics would change. But then again with the ARB bumper you cant hurt it much more.

I know this was an old post but I looked it up because I just saw the Bronco now has an "Everglades' edition, and @RangerVA had beat them to it almost 2 years ago, with the first ever Ranger Everglades package!
