Wow - the Ridgeline can't even beat the worn-out tired Nissan Frontier

Yeah, we won't be biased here on a 2019+ Ford Ranger specific forum.

But of course my opinion is the Ford Ranger is by far the best looking midsized pickup. And the powertrain is a couple of notches above it's nearest competitor.

Someone in our neighborhood has a Frontier that I think looks remarkably good. I would describe the look as nimble, like it may not have a lot of payload capacity, but could really handle itself well when the pavement ends.

The Pro4x was my first choice, mostly for it’s smaller size. At the top trim levels I like the Nissan, Toyota, Ford, and Jeep almost equally for looks. I picked the Ranger for how it rode, how I felt sitting in it, and the price. I could have lived with a Nissan but everyone in my family hated it, they were all complaining before we even got out of the parking spot.

The outside is okay but the inside is very dated. I do like their bed tie downs and they all come sprayed.

Trust me, I had a 2018 Pro4X Frontier.

The Ranger is light years better in almost every way.

The only edge I would give the Nissan is the factory sprayed bed with the built-in cargo restraint track system, which was indeed quite nice.

I like the Toyota HiLux, especially in the lower trims, but here at home, the Gladiator takes a close second to the Ranger.
