Bed tie downs

Has anyone moved or attached new tie downs in the rear of the bed? I can't hardly reach the factory loication.

I'd suggest looping an extension strap through it. There aren't many hard points and if you try to attach something to the sheet metal it will just rip out.

My 2019 Lariat only came with 4 as it was missing the 2 middle tie downs. I showed my salesman the brochure which clearly stated that there were 6 tie downs in the bed. It took a bit but Jubilee Ford got me the 2 I was missing.

I gave up on my dealer...purchased the 2 missing middle ones from @LevittownFordParts.com . I started to install my SwingCase and, "oops" (family version "quote"). I figured I'll need the ties for future beach trips...

I like that option. I can't see paying Fords ridiculous price for hold downs let alone the bolts. Thanks for the idea!

I had done this early on. Just now took pic. I have many tie down locations & it is adjustable.
Works for me. I also had six factory.

I just burned through a hundred bucks in Ford Pass points getting the 2 lost tie downs. If I'm going to loose the points by not using them...I'd rather get the tie downs.
