Doubtful, I will have the same type of setup and am sure I won’t be able to when the tent is mounted.

Yes you can actually see pretty well out of the rear view mirror. Obviously some of your visibility is cut off, but it's not as bad as you would think.

This rack has a clamp system. You can see detailed pics of this on their website.

Just like @HoosierT said, it clamps underneath the bed rails. If you have a tonneau cover, they offer a specific tonneau cover bracket that will fit most covers. I will get some pics posted soon so everyone can see exactly what I'm talking about.
