Hi everyone,

Had an accident and unfortunately I think I’m going to self pay the repair. From a quick glance what ballpark am I in for cost to repair?

Looking at that photo, looks like there may be frame tweaking and damage. That would total it with most insurance companies. Can't tell from a photo like that though.

My daughter did something similar, but not this bad, with the 2016 Cherokee we gave her used.
$12.6K including radiator and A/C condenser. No structural damage beyond the hood support pillar.
Factory body and other parts are crazy expensive, and you have more to replace than she did. If you can locate a rear end totaled Ranger you could save thousands. ....still gonna be well over $10K I reckon.

I agree on the Total vote. Really hard to say with only one picture. Looks like a full front clip and maybe front frame damage. Time to jack up the radiator cap and drive a new truck under it.

What did you hit by the way. Looks like maybe the back of a semi. The way the grille and headlights missed most if the damage. ISC bar low and trailer above into the hood.

I'm gonna go and guess it's totaled.
But I'll throw out a drunken guesstimate; $10,000

The hood is a replacement item but it looks like it's been shoved into the fenders, body shops prefer to replace panels as it's quicker so at least the passenger fender will be replaced.

Bumper and fasica are obvious; Replacement of all those panels. Then we gotta look at labor to pull/bend the inner structure around to accept the new panels and bumpers cause they won't go back on without doing that. Frame probably needs to be put on a rack for bending/stretching cause the bumpers won't be going back on until then. Of course, we got the grill assembly. and Lord knows ford is abnormally proud of those pieces of s*** plastic parts.

Passenger side headlamp also looks to be cracked.

Then paint, that's easily few grand.
