Thank you so much for this, what are the connector plugs you used? i was looking into getting duech connectors as the lights i have are plug and play.
the plugs you see are 1-wire deuch connectors from Amazon. These are on the cheaper side. I was okay saving a couple bucks as this is on the input side. For the output, especially the higher current outputs, I would use a higher quality connector. I used solderseal connectors on the outputs.

My experience was that it was easy. I used solder seal connectors. I also added connectors between the switches and the inputs to the relay box. This allows me to change what output each switch controls.

Thank you. I didn't get a chance to review my wiring until this weekend. My wire bundle was folded and tape down, so I was looking for physical connectors in the box itself.

Yes, I feel stupid. Thank you for clearing this up.

Here are some picture of the Australian version of the Upfitter switches. If it turns out they are the same as the American, I can go through it’s operation with any who need.

This is the most info I have found on the net for my fx4 max switches.
I have a lithium second battery installed and I want continuous power to at least 3 of my upfitter switches so I can have camping lights.
Any idea how?
Looking at the diagrams here the red and white wire is power for switch 4,5 and 6? Do I cut in power to this red and white wire? Or do I need to do something to the upfitter switch box on my dash?
Cheers

Here is my question. I was going to run two 20 watt flood lights off my back bumper. Doing my research to figure out what gauge wire to use for a 20' run I could get away with using 14g from the up-lander box to the lights on the rear bumper. The lights(tied together) only draw 3.8 amps at 12v so 14g wire, I would assume would be good and the use of the 5amp fuse should be good. But if the wire coming out of the fuse box is a smaller gauge then I I'm limited to the length I can run do to the wire size out of the fuse box.

Your thoughts?
