Biggest reason I traded in the F150 besides the gas mileage, was to be able to park in my own garage while I'm in Phoenix. It's a tight fit in the 3rd car spot, but it's the only spot long enough with the 2 car side having storage cabinets.

Up in Idaho parking is not a problem with the workshop / pole barn.

Lol, I tease my wife that our next house will have a car wash built into the driveway and disguised as a covered bridge. I know it’s never gonna fly…..but it’s fun to fantasize.
Oh. My. God. Yessssss! You pick the city and I’ll be your neighbor … unlimited car washes next door, football fans & RANGER BUDDIES … (picture “thunder buddies”) ???

Down here the garage and lanai are considered “out of bounds”, so what we do is tape a trail of $5 & $10 bills to the floor……..leading just under the door and into the house.

Bahaha
Cheap bastard … I do $20’s and $50’s (they are bad luck for us poker players, lol) … no wonder you aren’t getting a driveway car wash ???

Morning All -

Was curious … you guys an inside the garage at night or outside the whole time owner?

I know some owners don’t have garages, love their trucks all babied in garages, garages are too packed to fit any car in it, can only fit the wife’s car (lol), live in apartments with no garages… etc !?

Wondering how the elements are with you guys and what you all like to do with the upkeep barring each ???
Two car garage for my Ranger. Wouldn't buy a house unless it had a two car garage. One major reason I wanted a ranger is it would fit in the garage. No snow to clean off either. And no one knows when we are home or not with both vehicles in the garage.

A garage is for things, or to fix things. In winter my car takes most of the room as I
don't drive it in winter. In summer(warmer), it becomes a workshop. I would like a carport.

Mostly in the garage. Our house is older with a one-car garage and if anything else is in there, there is no room for the truck and vice versa. Last few weeks the snowblower was in there so no room for the Ranger. Put the snowblower back in the yard barn yesterday so the Ranger has reclaimed the garage. Wife's Chrysler minivan only fits if you fold the mirrors back and climb out the tailgate.

my garage is a delicate balancing act of fitting in all the stuff that likely needs to be donated or go to the dump and still get cars inside without it all caving in. to me its crazy to put a car or truck outside considering the cost and then fill the garage with junk. ideally we would all have a dedicated workshop or barn with a good lift and oil bay, a garage and storage lol.
