anyone order from Shrockworks?

i just cancelled my order on sliders from shrockworks after waiting over 7 weeks for any sort of confirmation. i ordered them through a local 4x4 shop who said they tried to get ahold of anyone but couldn't. Did they go out of business or is my choice in shop just bad?

I ordered their slider a couple years ago...there was a few weeks wait because they don't keep stock...but it got here...have you tried calling them yourself?

No i haven't called them myself yet. I did email them just before posting this to see what happens. hopefully they can get back to me. I couldn't stand the stock tremor hoops and pulled those off pretty quick but my boy now has a had time climbing in and out. I've seen a few other body mounted options that weren't bad but id much rather have the extra protection of frame mounted

Those are the ones I want for my Ranger. I just need the money now LOL. I would have called them right after placing the order to make sure they got it. I am in purchasing at my job and have to do that since a lot of my vendors are lame at acknowledging my orders.

They won't respond via email in my experience. Ya, it took awhile but they showed up in great shape and have been great for me so far. I don't think communication is their strong suit but the product is good.

I had a positive experience with them overall, but agree phone is the best way to get a hold of them. I got my sliders relatively quickly from them earlier this year. Had a couple of missing pieces of hardware, but I called and they got the parts out to me very quickly...

I got both the sliders and skid plates from them about 9 months ago, and customer service was good. Took about 4-6 weeks for delivery. Sliders were very well packaged, but the skid plates were just banded to a pallet. I had an issue with one of the skid plates and they responded to both emails and a phone call. They sent out a new piece that I got in about 1 week. Very happy with the product and customer support.

I have sliders on order since 9/3 I got an order confirmation but haven’t heard anything yet on tracking. My brother ordered sliders from them earlier this year took about six weeks to get, looks like wait times are longer now, tried calling no answer or call back. Not to worried if it takes a few more weeks but an estimate on lead times would be nice
