When I look it up - that is the MPG rating for a 2.7 EcoBoost V6 haha. I have a feeling the dealer put in a generic code for a F150 into their system. I doubt a 775 HP V8, even with cylinder deactivation, could achieve this.

It's BS. Even the 3.5 EB will struggle to get 18 mpg. You can't go into much boost if you want to get that. Our Rangers struggle to get 20 unless you're driving it as slow as Grandma. On a good day you may get 21 mpg if you're keeping it under boost at 68 mph. That's tough to do in the Interstates.

My 5G got an average of about 23MPG over the 78k miles I had it.

If I remember correctly, TFL truck did a long test of their 2019 Ranger FX4 and they only managed to get 20.5 average. That was a lot of freeway too. Tremors never get better than 20 mpg no matter what you do. I'm sure it can be done to get 22-23 but that's 65 mph on an empty truck. Turbocharged engines only get efficient when they're not at boost. My normally aspirated F150 4WD and stock tires, Coyote + 10R80 would routinely get 21 mpg on the highway at 75 mph. My GMC Sierra 1500 Long bed 2WD with fat tires with 5.3+6-speed got 21-22 at 75 mph. Don't get me wrong these are all good numbers but no way a 775 hp truck is going to get more than 15 mpg.

You were saying.

This is cruise set at 75 mph in my Tremor.

Look at my Sig and I still average 22.6 overall.

My Tremor consistently gets 22-23mpg at 70-75 mph with driver, passenger and full tank. If I do 60-65 I will see 24mpg occasionally
