Have any of you that's purchased the ReadyLift spacers ran with 20x9 +18 and 275/55R20s?

I am looking at the Fuel Assault D546. They come in either +19 offset or +1 offset.

I don't want to cut or modify crash bars at all, but my truck will not see any off-roading so I am not too concerned about rubbing slightly.

The higher offset (ET+18) is the better choice if you want to limit the amount of rubbing. You'll likely kiss the crush bars a tad when turning with the 275/55R-20 tire size.
