Reviving old thread.
I did remove the oil filter and let it drip with the cap off for over 15 minutes along with the drain plug. I will be changing the oil again come Summer. I've also done the blot test (which isn't a true indicator of fuel dilution) although, there is a minimal amount of fuel...
Well. My truck has only 3,500 miles on it since I bought it as it’s my show truck. But they ride amazing and the after market leveling kit removes the floating feel From factory. It does rub in reverse at full lock. I still run my crash bars and did no trimming.
Anyone have a whistle from their vents on high blower setting with the system set to feet and upper vents? Only happens when on 5 and up blower motor speed. It’s ridiculously loud, but I’ve never had the air on high enough to notice it till this morning. Does on recirculate, outside air...
There is a guy on the 2019+ Ford Ranger USA Facebook group doing 4.5 second 0-60 and 12.4 second quarter mile with e30. If you guys haven't seen it I can dig up the post. I don't know what else he has done, but I have personally seen him really upset some folks from a dig.
Y’all are making me want to do more to mine lol, but ever since moving out of the parents house and having a mortgage truck upgrades are a difficult thing to come by.
I love that about our hood as well. However, I recall seeing a post saying that these hoods are the strongest part of our trucks in terms of durability - I disagree strongly. With 3 pings in mine after 2 years of ownership. One from the factory where the latch is, and one from a walnut falling...
Hey brother, if you go back and read the original post - you’d know that my fuel economy slide on my dash showed normal operation despite AS/S not functioning. Which means that the dash function was unable to give me a reason in this state.
Whereas Forscan gave an actual reason.
But you have...
It’s working again after using a battery tender on my truck for a month. Drove it yesterday and she did well. You can look why it’s not working in Forscan. It can be a number of reasons, even turned wheel slightly
I guess what I’m saying is, is that the smart charging feature is incapable of bringing my battery back to where it should be at for S/S to function. And that it might be possible to rejuvenate it enough with a battery charger for it to function?
basically. The smart charging system knows the...
So you have the ability to change the levels required for it to work? What module is it in? Not that I’m going to do it, but I wouldn’t mind testing a lower level just to see if it does indeed fix my problem.
Truck starts perfectly fine manually. Hard to believe a 0.2v difference would make S/S...
