Or order it as a Tremor Truck, this is out of OEM and when you are searching for OE parts it will show not effective for the truck, if using VIN # it will never show that part number as a valid part number, I believe that it what is happening.
A misunderstanding that the TSB has changed the part number and Ford parts and every other parts warehouse is going to show the OE part number.
That’s why for this, it has to be treated as a Tremor Trim

Toms not making them for tremors last I read may have changed.
I love the smoothness of the 1 piece, this truck really doesn't need a 2 piece shaft.

Noted: I was referring to when looking for a driveshaft for a non-Tremor the Tremor part number will not show as an option. Per the Thread Title and Parts Department (Working with the OP)
I am attempting to HIGHLIGHT the fact that if I plug in the Tremor part number, I can easily locate a driveshaft that if searching by VIN# this part number will not show in the parts lists due to the fact that this part number was brought in and made effective by a TSB (Special Procedures) that was not incorporated into the parts manuals. This is why the dealer is stating it's not available.

TBH - since this has already has a HISTORY of vibration issues, and most likely a key reason for the original owner of trading it in tells me that the driveshaft did not fix the issue in the first place and the current owner (attempted replacement of the carrier bearing) to resolve the still present vibration - unfortunately making it worse and learned a valuable lesson in doing it and now is in this situation. (We learn by our mistakes)
Although I do not have the Tom Woods Driveshaft, but at this point it would be the best option and if the vibration stills exists then a deeper look and extensive troubleshoot needs to take place to get the issue finally resolved - as the TSB appears to have been a failure of a resolution.
Vibration complaints can be difficult to isolate.
