I posted 2 months ago about my minor fender bender in a parking lot.

Essentially an almost unnoticeable cut in the plastic by the license plate.

Their insurance is curting me a check for 985. Figure maybe a bumper or maybe a light bar or pod lights but figure I'll ask everyone here whay you'd do with a free 1000 dollar budget.

I don't really have any off road trails near me so don't need it to be specifically focused there but not opposed to a new bumper but probably don't need a winch.
I would have a professionally applied bulls eye put on the same spot and collect another insurance payment. When that is done then come back to us and we will confer on upgrades.

tires and rims i went from 17 to 18 inch rims with hancock tires

If your planning on keeping it long term, and you don't have one, put it toward the Ford ESP....extended warranty thru Flood or Granger Ford.
Get that first, and get the toys later....
The wisdom right here for sure.. maintenance before modifications, unless the modification like doing the ppe drain pan somewhat covers a maintenance senario..
One thing I’d include is the fitzstick thingy for the transmission dipstick 100%
