Well, I agree it’s been awhile, for those that followed my last thread, and to the guys that jacked with me, I’m not mad, I get it... at the same time, understand the roller coaster that I’ve been riding... It’s easy to sit back and Monday Quarterback, why everything took so long... Ssssooo, with that being said, I’m not a mechanic, or retired Ford Engineer... I can do simple bolt on‘s, and that’s about it... I understand the “pay to play” concept, but I feel like Ford should have given me a little more, than a blanket sweep of “all the mods”... here are the pictures that I promised to this forum... I want to thank Stage 3 Motorsports for having my back through this roller coaster ride... You have a customer for life... ?

Yep, that'll do it. You got your low engine oil light after this event 100%. I agree this is all armchair, but it is based on my experience with blowing my fair share of 4 cylinder DOHC so give me a quarter. It wasn't a high-rev event, unless there is a valve dropped to oblivion somewhere. To me, this points to a tune issue, as these rods are strong AF. I'm glad they are taking care of you.

Like i said in your other thread part 1, Im really glad this worked out for you. Im wondering why still, bc there are other people running the same tune right? Do you know how may are actually running this? If they are not having a problem, that would be something to consider. Also, is the company doing a recall on the tune itself? Im guessing it could be a simple download and update.

The tune, in my “Heart of Hearts” Alex, is solid.... I couldn’t tell you what happened... The low oil pressure light came on, I was in a bad part of town, felt like I was losing my oil pump, and I chose to drive back home... and thats where a lot of this thread went astray... I hope this helps...

Really sorry to hear about your journey on this failure, no quarterbacking from me. sounds like you are being made whole again which is the best possible outcome.

Carvana: Are there any other issues with this vehicle that we should know about?

You: Mmmmmm, not really....Oh wait, I just did a tuneup, so be sure to baby it for the next few thousand miles!
