Does the Helm manual follow the numbering/chapter titles in this posting? Does it max out at 501-19? It seems like what was posted is pretty comprehensive.

I searched thru the existing PDFs, and I found this comment:

Lower the rear of the headliner.
Refer to: Headliner - Lowering - SuperCab (501-05 Interior Trim and Ornamentation, Removal and

I don't see a section in 501-05 referring the the headliner however. The only thing there is removing the a pillar trim. Not sure why the other isn't there. Maybe it is in the Helm version that Phil posted.

Did you find the headliner in there? I saw exactly what was posted here in the manual sections, but maybe I missed something.

I believe the headliner info should be in this section:

But all it shows is how to remove the A pillar trim.

I received my 2019 Ranger CD manual yesterday. At a quick scan it appears complete.
$186 from https://www.helminc.com/helm/result.asp?Style=helm. I saved enough in 2019 incentives the price was relatively painless.

I ordered shop manuals for the previous six new cars owned since 1984, plus Mercruiser drive and engine manuals. The first seven manuals were phone book sized paper manuals. +-$100 ea. The two FCA manuals are CD. $130 ea. I guess I'm a geezer, I miss the paper.

The wiring diagrams are included in the Ranger CD. I saw this after I also received the paper wiring diagrams - another $86. I goofed because FCA doesn't include wiring on their CDs. I considered returning the paper manual, but decided to keep it. Most wiring diagrams I've used need at least four bookmarks to page through chart references.

...besides, I'm a geezer who likes paper.

I spoke too soon about the wiring diagrams being on the CD. The CD shows the same table of contents below as the paper manual, but nothing loads when I pick a page. So purchasing the paper manual is also necessary if you want full information.

Have the same DVD....i used the wiring diagrams to splice into the wiring harnesses to the taillights for towing the Ranger behind my motor home...wiring was fully accessible. I am confused by your inability to access...

I'll call Helm tomorrow and see what's going on. Hopefully I simply received a bad CD.
...eventually I need to connect my electric brake controller. Plenty of YouTube vids plus info on this forum. I've got the paper diagrams, but I'd like to get the desktop version working.

I called Helm and they put me in contact with Ford. Apparently a SGVveiw viewer didn't load correctly. The guy walked me to the app on the CD, and now I'm able to view the diagrams.
