I traded in my 2018 Escape titanium for a new Ranger Lariat about a week ago. I have been thrilled - better giddy up, better MPG and better function for me. Wins all around!

I replaced a 2017 MINI Cooper and a 2002 Ranger with my new Ranger. The Mini was OK, it didn't get all that great a mileage for a "Flaming Tuna Can of Death" as my girlfriend calls all those little cars, It was in the shop all the time for maintenance stuff, and the infotainment system was worthless if you aren't an iPhone user...but the seats were great. The 2002 Ranger was a super reliable workhorse, but a little to worn for my current long a@@ commute.

Purchased My 3.Slow new with 3 miles on October 8th 2002, 139,000 miles when I traded it in for a 2019 Ranger STX. I liked that truck. My new Ranger, this thing is awesome.

2000 SuperCab 4.0 OHV, truck has been sitting in my garage for the past 5 years. Bought it new from a broker in Oregon, delivered 11/8/1999.
Been using my '99 beater CR-V since I was on the road daily, (fire inspector). 4.0 managed just 13-14 mpg, ate me out of house an home, Honda averages 26 mpg.
2000 has been ultra reliable, hate to see it go.

Replacing my 2002 Ford Ranger that I bought new in 2002. Was a great little truck.
You will love the 2019. I had a 2002 and a 2005 and my new 2019 rides and drives WAY better. Plus the engine has a LOT more power in it.

It was sad for me to see my 2005 drive away, but that sadness faded quickly when I started driving my new one.
