Finished putting my TVD's in over a week ago (been out of the country ever since). I really like the gray. Matches the sport appearance package gray trim and is also flashy enough to pop but subtle enough to not be in your face about it. Definitely my kind of thing.

Love the letters HATE the northstar ford lettering though (hate dealer crap forced on "YOUR" truck)

Yeah, I've still gotta get around to taking that off. Always hate when they put that crap on there.

I just walked out and took this picture of the grill. I really like the flat black lettering versus the bare chrome indented letters.

I’m not looking for vinyl inserts for the grill what I’m looking for is raised letter inserts so they are flush when applied.

Anyone know a source?

See post 113 in this thread. The ones I got ended up being flush. Not sure what color you are looking for but there is a link to the website

Put the TVD Metallic Gray on the tailgate and front chrome grille. Really like the way they turned out.

Installed TVD lettering to the tailgate and grill this weekend, super happy with the results. Was too impatient to do a full clean before installing but I did thoroughly clean the application area

Been following this thread from beginning and just this week got mine. I went with the Ford letters in the rear and was looking at how washed out the chrome looks just plain....will have to get those for the grill.

Has anyone put white letters on the black grill or the grey dash?

I like the tuxedo look with the white letters on black paint that @rangerdanger posted. I would like to carry that theme throughout.

I went the other direction and tried for subtle, so I got the lightest silver I could find. Depending on light conditions, sometimes the lettering pops, other times, disappears. Kinda cool.

Took a similar approach on going subtle. Poor picture, but happy with the results.
