The gas consumption of starting an engine vs idling is measured more in the realm of seconds (for smaller vehicles, 7 seconds of idling == 1 start cycle's worth of fuel consumption)
IIRC you'll need to turn the ignition back off manually via the app in order to be able to remote start again - for a case where you're not getting in the truck and driving off after. If you let the remote start time elapse fully (5/10/15 min depending on how you've configured it) it prevents...
Here's a thread that should be of some use :)

I've got the same thing with my truck, but I'm not as confident in removing panels myself so I'll probably look to try and get the shop to address it when I take the truck in for its...
Installed TVD lettering to the tailgate and grill this weekend, super happy with the results. Was too impatient to do a full clean before installing but I did thoroughly clean the application area :P
I'm hoping that eventually it'll allow for other mapping apps to use the new screen format. Apple Maps is hot garbage, so if I need directions I'm still using the full Waze interface.
+1 for the MX4. Installation was a bit of a pain in the butt if you're doing it solo - the clamps don't like staying fixed unless they're being baby sat... that wound up increasing my install time (and curse word count). Other thing to note is that the rails come with spacers installed that...
Baaaaah such a missed opportunity on my part! Lemon tree's living in a pot on our back deck, the rest is for a ~30'x30' plot veggie garden.
I went with the OEM one, which I'm pretty sure is a rebadged Amp Research one. I'm a big fan of it, as were the folks at the garden center :)
+1 for a truck bed extender (I got the Amp Research one). When it's flipped to face in, it works great as a divider that helps keep smaller items in. Keeps propane tanks from rolling around, holds groceries in place, just wide enough to comfortably fit a golf bag, etc.
