Tailgate Letters

is anyone elses TVD "E" a little too short by about 1/4" to 3/8" the tines don't go all the way to fill the recessed area at the ends (the right side of the letter E)?

TVD did acknowledge there was a problem with the “E” template and corrected it. Contact them if you would like to get your “E” replaced. Great customer service.

Just got my dash, tailgate and grill completed. TVD Vinyl Decals came fast, great customer service, just be careful with the dash "E" it was too easy to get tangled up or maybe I just have big fingers. Not hard at all to install if you follow the included instructions.

I did mine today. Ingot Silver Ranger and used Silver Grey metallic (front and dash) and charcoal metallic (tailgate). Ordered from TVD.

the camo look is only the reflection of the cobblestones on the Black Platinum Stainless Steal letters.

No it is easy to do. Use the wet method. Wet where u are going place the sticker, wet the sticker. This gives you time to move it into place. The softly dab them dry. There is a videos out that you can watch, on TDY web sitr

I have the sport package and FX4 decal on my magnetic Ranger. I want to go with red vinyl in the front/inside/tailgate. Can anyone tell me if the TVD scarlet red (348) is a match to the red in Fords decal?

I ordered the Ford for the tailgate, but I'm thinking the graphics/wrap guy near me could make grill and dash grille ones from "scanning" the TVD ones. Then he could do them in either a match to the Ford Black Platinum Stainless Steel or maybe a carbon fiber look. I am definitely not putting on myself $20 is worth it.

Sorry for the late reply, they are gloss black. So is the dash, the tailgate was grey metallic.

Lettering kit from Ford. Metal inserts, black in color with a mirror finish.

Yes. I was surprised how nice smooth edges. Look like molded parts. Even has magnetic flake when seen from straight on. Gray from other angles.
