I have no reason to really disbelieve the OP but a dealer refusing to work or look at a brand new truck that was purchased from them new under full warranty just makes no sense.

If I were having these issues and was told this, I would be on the phone with corporate immediately. Why would any reputable dealer want to get entangled in a mess like that. If the issues are real they would not have a leg to stand on.

the first thought that comes to mind for some reason is, this is someone from tacomaworld. Warranty is there for a reason, “dealership told me I’m not allowed to bring it back for anything” is where it makes no sense
My thoughts exactly. It just sounds like something is missing.

I'd be very interested to see a follow-up to this guy's post & the remedial action by Ma Ford. This one doesn't pass the sniff test for me for several reasons, but I'll just wait to see what he posts next about the lemon law & Ford's reply (if any).
Pun intended? Username Noseoil says it doesn't pass the sniff test.

1 dealership, ok, but 4? Now I have to wonder about where the problem actually lies. “Fix this! But it’s not broken. Yeah well fix it anyway.” Just saying.

i have to check my real thoughts at the door, because the sensitive members will cry foul when i speak the truth and my post will be deleted.
I decided not to participate. I look at the OP's huge list of issues, general attitude and things seem off. Maybe some of those problems are real but I think there's deeper reasons why not one single dealer in this guy's area will deal with him. We don't have the whole story here.

Edit: OP: Post the name of the dealer that is refusing service. I would like to talk to them to get their side of the story.

Well, there are 5 people who have ridden in or driven the truck and have witnessed all of the issues. The dealership I got the truck at has also witnessed most of them. They have never put it in 4H or 4L to see what happens, they have never checked fluid levels on front or rear differentials or transmission (which leaks), and they've said the front end clunking is just a "breaking in" noise. The ONLY thing they have done is plugged in the OBD scanner under the dash and said the computer tells them everything is ok, which is a lie because I found out they had to reprogram the PCM, TCM and ECM based on the diagnostic scan. The reprogramming may have fixed some computer issues, but the gears in both differentials are definitely out of mesh and that will not show up on any diagnostic scan, and the grinding in the rear gets worse every day, as does the length of time it takes for the transmission to shift into gear. And when you can hear the turbo whine from a block away on a 4 cylinder there's a problem. But the dealership told me the computer says it's ok and it's fine to keep driving, so that's what I'll do, drive it til the tranny seizes or engine blows and let them deal with it then. My lawyer has tried talking to them and they sent him a cease and desist. Now why would they do that if the truck was really in what they are trying to call "perfect condition."
I'm curious if you've done or attempted to do any mods to your truck. Is it all stock?

Just my 2 cents as an X Ford Service Manager. I smell a rat. The only time I ever refused to work on a vehicle was when the customer threatened the Service Adviser ('fix my truck NOW or I'll kick your ass".) in a crowded service area. I made arrangements for another dealer to look at the truck and explained the situation. He used the same tactic with them and they ran him off. Last I heard, he was dealing directly with Ford to resolve. I have worked on several vehicles that other dealers have bailed on due to customer issues with satisfactory outcomes. Just a side note on Lemon Laws. They are different by State and the amount of $ compensation in Texas is determined by the State, based on their Fair Market Value (read very low). Not how much you paid, how much you owe, or how much it would cost to replace it. Also once a Lemon Law Claim is filed, the dealer is out and is no longer allowed to work on it. A "I'll file a LL claim", is not much of a threat and is a Very Last resort in my opinion. ANYTHING can be fixed or resolved IF there is the desire to on both parties. Just MY opinion........

I've uploaded two pics that show my list of everything that has been going wrong with my Ranger since the day I got it, Oct 31, 2019. Now I can also add that the truck doesn't actually have, or it doesn't work, the system that is supposed to assist in applying brake pressure when it detects a pedestrian. A guy stepped out in the street in front of my truck two days ago, luckily I was only going 10-15 mph. I was able to push the brakes and stop about 2-3 inches from running the man over. There was never a single audible or visual warning or alarm that took place. There was no adaptive braking by the vehicle either. After being in 5 times to try and get this stuff repaired, the dealership told me I'm not allowed to bring it back for anything, and I'm not allowed to come on the lot unless it's to buy a new vehicle. I've been to 3 other Ford dealerships that will not service it either. It's a pile of junk, isn't even capable of towing 6000 pounds without causing the engine to misfire and then stall within less than 2 miles of towing.

There are Lemons of every make and model made just about every day. Unfortunaltely you got one. Time to have them Lemon it out and give you a good one or your money back.

I am no expert but I am pretty sure when you put your car in park it prevents the driveshaft from moving at all, if it failed both back wheels would spin not just one. That does not make sense.

Your squawk sheet sounds almost identical to mine with a GM product. Sorry for your trouble.
