I was just about ready to tune my truck with Livernois but this thread may have spooked me into staying safe with the ford tune kit. I know it’s basically a Livernois, but it’s a different customer service portal.

Most products these days the customer service can be make or break. Surprising that Livernois would slip this up as they should be exceedingly sensitive to any dips in CS quality.

I have not dealt with them, but Unleashed is apparently Top Notch and has a great reputation.

I got a tune from Livernoise a few months ago. I had an issue with an Emissions Sticker and I called them up direct, someone answered, and go it taken care of. Maybe I just got lucky. Anyway, I absolutely love the tune! It's like I got a new truck!

They responded within 48 hours as they said for me after my new CDF drum. I'm pleased with the service and the tune has worked with the rebuild.

I can't live without this tune on my Ranger. I honestly would get annoyed with the truck's transmission shifting habits, and I could feel the motor was being held back. It wasn't fun driving it any longer. After the tune it shifts like I want, uses all the gears, isn't lazy, and the motor is always awake. I love driving it again! A truck shouldn't be this fun to drive!
