My new Ranger Raptor is getting 17. That's 90% rural driving not many stops under 50. That's 5 less than my '19.
My 2019 fx4 got 21 25 stock 19 23 2" lift on 32s
I only have 500 miles on my RR and getting 16.8 city. Resetting the computer and driving 60mph I can get 18mpg. Not great milage BUT it is way more fun! Especially after the pro cal tune.

I have gone from calculating MPG to GPY (gallons per year) since my miles per year have dropped dramatically I get to calculate how many less gallons I have used to see the money I saved. It's adding up fast lately. :like:

When I drove my kids everywhere and I was working I drove 18K plus miles a year. Once the kids drove themselves it dropped to about 15K. Now that I'm semi retired it's about 12K a year, mostly because I don't like sitting at home. I figure 50 gallons a month now.

18-23 when it was brand new. A week later towed to dealer with the wrench light on. A week after that it gets returned to me with a new knock sensor and averaging 14 -20. And it's just gotten worse since then. Average 13 -16 now. Hotrod mustang and corvette both get better mileage than the "economy" truck.

Still getting a good 24 MPG average this fill up for mostly driving around town. It was roughly 65% city/35% highway and I made a lot of short trips taking Annie to the gym 6 days a week which usually kills you MPG.

After 5 years and 4 days of ownership, and logging every single fill up, I can tell you my average MPG was 23.87. Mostly mixed driving, not a lot of highway time. This is one of the few things I will miss with my new RR.

My truck obviously wasn't happy with the change to AT tires last year. The best mpg I could get with those tires was 21.8.
Here are the results after returning the truck back to the all season highway tires that I have run on it since the first set of factory ATs wore out.
Goodyear Wrangler Fortitude HTs mpg.

It is Happy with the highway tires.
This is mixed city/highway driving, using cruise control and running 89 octane.

TBH - i have every bolt on engine goodie available. Stock tires and engine - i was putting around at 32mpg into town, and 26 out. i am sure it would be much less without my bolt-ons and tunes with the 35s.

Stone stock 36k miles w bed tarp.
I've not had it long, but on a 3.5hr trip driving a consistent and smooth 76-80mph on i81 the dash indicated 23.8
Around here in a rural town itwo lane secondary roads, t's dropped to 21.
That's on 87 e10.
I have noticed what I've driven since purchase as bad as I despise the start stop it does make a difference in the average around town in stop and go traffic.
I haven't calculated it at the pump but will repost once I do.
I am very well pleased with this as the new Nissan Frontier PRO-4X Lemon Edition I just got rid of was calculated at the pump best ever of 17.
Pulling a featherlite aluminum open motorcycle trailer with the ramp removed with a sub 350lb race bike it was 15-16. Fuel quality didn't make a difference it sucked regardless.
