What did I do TO my Ranger today? cleaning ice off the windshield and caught the deflector on my jacket pocket. Snappy snap. I don’t think the material liked 0 degree temps lol. Sigh, @Realtruck you probably will see some shekels coming your way soon lol

mid summer, this is an easy replacement. In the absolute bowels of winter with a forecasted -8 degrees ahead, the project may idle for a bit as I await warmer days

Which deflector did you have?
I thought it was the bugflector ii, but searches are showing that product doesn’t exist. Must’ve been the regular AVS bugflector. It did a great job up until its frosty demise. Especially covering up my trashy paint pen work that you can kinda see in the pic.

The AVS bugflector is what I have on my truck as well. Don't blame you for waiting for warmer weather to deal with it. Be safe and stay warm!

Don’t feel bad. I did the same thing to my 4g with the hose at the coin-op car wash. Did it again some time after replacing it. 🤦‍♂️ Then, I repeated the error on the plastic license plate bracket on my 2019. :headbang:

With a little help from God, Mother Nature, the Sun, Gravity, a square shovel and an old school push broom.
