The lawn got to be a chore cutting it every 4-5 days and expensive to maintain that look and then there's the high taxes (they don't call it Taxachusetts for nothing) and don't even get me started on the dumb gun laws there!Now I'm use to an all stone yard which is way less money and maintenance.

It was one thing I really liked about it here in Southern AZ as they're all over and I always wanted one when we were up in Goodyear. Knowing the history of how old they are and how long it takes them to grow "arm" (75-100 years) is pretty amazing. They can get pretty pricey too at around $100/ft and really pricey to remove because they're protected. Cost to remove (even if it dies and falls) averages $2,500.

dead serious. i've looked around for wheels with a black body and a machined outer rim like that. i've seen a few and they didn't much for me. the wheels in your photo, however, did. looks fantastic.

My neighbor has a really nice one out front and must be around 100 years old with all the arms.
