I let the truck sit idle for two days to allow as much fluid to settle in the sump...8 quarts was extracted, including drippings from the old filter...
8 quarts ULV and one Lubeguard...

I thought the 'standard' PPE pan still had about 3/4ths of a quart more capacity than stock? But of course, you have the Fitzstick right? RIGHT?

That's why I pump it out. Easier to control where it goes. I never thought about pumping it in. Just used Fitz's funnel. I do have two of those pumps. Different colors ...maybe use one to pump out and the other to pump in.
