I would like to see people's DIY bed organizers for those that carry something of a daily load of equipment.

Personally I carry my EDC truck stuff more often than anything else, and having a slight slide problem. was thinking of building a layout made of wood that could be removed if needed. My only criteria is it must keep items closer to the cab & not the tail gate.

Anyone out there in the Ranger forum have a setup similar to what I'm brainstorming?

Are you referring to EDC the same way Travis Bickle does?

Oh, and regular cleaning will fix that “slight slide problem”. Use Browning Gold and racking will be smooth as silk.

;)

HA!

no, just a truck bed full of gear sliding around when quick response is required from goof drivers around me... a sudden stop or lane swerve to avoid a crash. The amount of people who can't drive safely feels like its quintupled!

I often as the question.... how have they not killed themselves already?

I have 3 projects I did to store gear:
1. DIY molle panel

2. sliding gear racks on the canopy

3. wood platform with sliding drawer

Let me know if you want any info on any of these projects

You did a banger job.... A+

I wasn't thinking about it before seeing your pictures, but that tracked hanger system would be awesome on the underside of my diamondback lid for my shovel & axe.
