To get more room up front, pull the plastic covers off the front crash bars. You can also loosen the crash bar bolts (front and rear) and angle the bars out of the way a bit. Then, re-tighten.Duke, it's funny you mentioned that size matters. I did the full lock test on my truck a couple of days ago, and lets just the one inch taller tire that I thought about going to is out of the question without getting a leveling kit. With the new wheels at full lock to the left there is about a half inch between the tire and the rear crash bar and at full lock to the right there is about a quarter of a inch between the tire and the front crash bar. Conclusion stock size Goodyear HTs will remain on the truck. Whew, that's a lot of dialogue! Lol![]()
