Luckily, I've got not idea of what they were for a quarter of the foods. However I did know of the fried cow intestines, frogs, chicken head soup and then some. I hope the rat-sticks were rat and not some odd creature.
P.S. Pak-Choi and pork-belly & cauliflower are now integral part of my cuisine
