70k, tensioner belt literally broke off from the engine block...the belt was fine, the water pump was fine, Ford Extended Warranty...says...NORMAL!!!

They literally said, NORMAL WEAR and TEAR. I loved this truck prior to all the bullshit...but I am done...trading this POS in for a Totyota!

Hmmm, another 2020 with a supposed front cover failure?? Any pictures? Has the dealer actually looked at it yet? What extended warranty do you have? A bit more information would be helpful.

I cannot find a tensioner belt on my truck. Belt tensioners have been on vehicles for ever and are a common wear/replacement item. Built by suppliers there could easily have been a manufacture defect, or the belt injested something like a stick or a foreign object. Hope you enjoy that totyota!

I believe the OP is referring to a known issue on some 2020’s where the mounting point for the idler pulley on the front cover breaks off. But without more information I’m speculating

Hooters filed for chapter 11 but my daughter's best friend was super attractive (hottie) and was a Hooters girl, when younger she would have sleepovers at my house. So yrs later took 4 of my customers (all males) to lunch at Hooters and out she comes as our waitress. She says hello and hugs me and my customers are all mesmerized and I start saying things suggesting that she slept over recently with me - she was also very bright (class valedictorian) - and played along as we got deeper into detailing a physical relationship while my customers looked at me bewildered.
Sadly this beautiful talented lady took her own life after a marriage plagued by drugs and abuse.
