So, it is shifting very smooth. A very faint noise going from 3-4, but I feel like it fades with each shift. No noise shifting to reverse. Hopefully that’s it and now with regular fluid changes (I’m just finally starting to be responsible with my belongings at 29) It’ll be the reliable vehicle it has been for me for the past 165,000kms. Thank you everyone for your help!

As you indicated earlier, the PPE pan and Fitzstick will make maintenance a snap. You can reuse your pan gasket. Filter probably doesn't need to be changed as often as the fluid, guessing ea 60K miles. Lubegard with every fluid change is probably worth the cost.

Went for a little drive with the family and the noise is completely gone! But yes, next time I do a drain and fill, I will be buying the PPE pan and Fitzstick!

Conventional wisdom on this forum says Lubegard Platinum is a silver bullet for the trans. Depending on the condition of yours it could be cheap insurance. I added a quart to my recent fluid/filter change. .....we'll see.
A quart? That's more than a bit much. 1oz per qt, so 12oz in the trans.

I ended up putting 10oz in as that’s apparently all I bought
Yea, the 10oz bottle works well for the first dose and then 1oz per qt after that.
