Something happened today with mine that never happened before. The snow and ice is gone. The lane was dry.
I backed out of my level driveway into the paved lane. Of course I was in 2H and foot on brake and I put the truck in Drive.... then nothing! It didn't move forward. I put in in Reverse... nothing, no movement! I was on the brink of panic as I have a blind driveway... the crest of the hill is about 25' above my driveway and it was about time for the mail delivery truck to come flying over the hill! I put the truck in 4H and it moved forward.
The only thing different today was that I usually warm the truck up 3 or 4 minutes before driving off... but since it was already 45 degrees F out and windshield wasn't frosted up this morning, I didn't warm up the truck. Just got in, started it, and tried to exit driveway and head out. I've had this truck since end of April 2021 and this was a first.
