I’m all for EVs, but the Cybertruck is a garbage vehicle produced by a garbage company run by a garbage human.

I'm all for opinions, but this one is garbage.

Maybe shocked today but the last time I looked the oil reserves in the world will only last another 60 yrs at present consumption. We need to get used to non fossil solutions and move on to bigger and better things.
I’ve heard we’re at peak oil for my entire life. Funny how technology allows us to keep finding more. It’s almost as if the earth is still making it on a continuing basis.

We have enough fossil fuel to get us to an alternative. And then some. In the mean time, we are learning more and more cleaner ways to use it.
But don't forget, CO2 is not a pollutant. CO2 levels follow temperature, not the other way around.

I seem to recall recent reports that oil is still being 'produced' and rumors of it's impending exhaustion are very premature. Rare earth minerals are the new resource we'll be fighting over or subjugating others for so that's nice. Honestly I think electric vehicles will hit a saturation point until some cost and range issues improve and with more manufacturers in the market it will dilute things. I have no problems with Elon Musk but can't get over the Cybertruck's design. I see most of them in a vinyl wrap. As far as sources of energy and electricity I'm an 'all of the above' guy except those hideous and never-break-even windmill bird shredders. Which may be causing whales to die too.

There is tons of oil underground and sea and hasn’t been touched yet. 60 years is a very low estimate.

I'm old enough to have lived through new ice age, running out of oil, polar ice melt flooding, polar bears forgets how to swim, global warming, climate change...that's not working so let's burn CA and Teslas...that'll fix it...?
