Okay…. So I ordered a damper & console tray lol.
I think I may need a Go fund me page! ?
Welcome to the group! And, now you see how fast a thread can go off subject. ? All in fun though. We really can be serious when needed.

So not the cheapest part(s) I will buy…
Two fold out bedside tool boxes, Ford licensed.
Not fitting with a Ford bedliner!
So I either hack out a gaping hole in my bedliner or return two tool boxes.
SHEESH…
First mod thwarted…
(I was going to buy a hard tonneau cover which would insulate & cover my hacked bed liner)

Hello,
I just picked up a ‘20 XLT CC short bed 4x4.
35k miles & leveled with 285/65-18 tires, and Rough Country fender flares I believe.
Sweet little truck. Nice power out of the 2.3.
It will be a daily driver, occasional trail truck with some adventuring thrown in.
And yes some upgrades.
Looking to learn and share here - looks like a knowledgeable community.
Cheers!

Welcome and looks like you have a nice setup already with that purchase! I can't help but recommend looking into Forscan to tweak some of the software settings. I underestimated how much I would appreciate things like fog lights for daylight running lights and a few other settings.

Don't forget to put a hair pick in the console tray just in case you need it...

If you want to keep the swing out boxes, get rid of the drop in liner and do a spray in liner. Mine has a Rhino Liner and a swing out box fits fine.
That would bee the best route… but certainly an expensive route. Not trying to dump a ton right off the bat.
I will price a bed liner spray, and see if I can return these tool boxes…
My thought was to put things in the tool boxes and not in the back seat…

This is my driveway…

This is my road.

Sandbags in the bed.
The wife is enjoying the truck but not the icy conditions.
The power is good but I am driving for mpg’s.
I’ll guess the tires will knock down any 20+- mpg’s…

Yup, for yesterday anyway.

Pulled a wheel today and it looks like my 18x9’s are +19 offset. Not positive identification on the wheel like I thought…
Unidentifiable spacer lift - been on there a while… cast aluminum knuckles.
Next is having Les Schwab sipe my tires. A good PNW trick on non winter 4x4 tires.
Its slippery out!

Oops… Les Schwab measured my wheels at -12 offset which does seem right as much as my wheels extend out.
Contemplating unloading these current wheels. Fuel Assault’s - not my style…

Got a side view pic… truck looks tame from this angle.
I think no crash bars help the 285/65-18 on 18x9’s fit.
No apparent rubbing (as used so far as a street truck).
I will probably ditch these wheels.

Great-looking Ranger!:like:
