I currently have Firestone LE3s on my Ranger, but tomorrow it is getting a new set of Firestone Destination A/T2's. I have had great luck with LE 2/3s but want a more aggressive tire for my Ranger 4x4.
Depending on the size you have, might I recommend you taking a look at the Bridgestone Dueler AT Ascent?! I just got my hands on a set and you might like it.

Also put your vote on up top as it matters

I voted, yes always vote your voice is important. I looked at the Bridgestone, but they couldn't get them in the size I wanted 265 70 17 in in a P and do not need or want the 10 ply. My Ranger is a daily driver almost exclusively on pavement and my trailer never weighs more than 2000 pounds so LTs are overkill for me. But they are good Bridgestones are great tires.

The Bridgestone Dueler AT Ascent is available in a P Rated Tire. It also has a 60,000 mile rating vs the Destination AT2 at 50,000 miles.

To me, Bridgestone and Firestone are two VERY different tires. I've had good luck in the past with Bridgestone tires, but I've always HATED Firestones that I've gotten as OEM tires on a new vehicle. They weren't very good and always wore out VERY quickly.

When only looking at the tires that come from the factory you tend to see tires.that just barely make the mark and nothing more...... Well at least on the average car and truck. High end vehicles are a bit different on that fact

The Goodyear wranglers on my old Rangers I really liked. None of the Firestone's I've ever had have ever felt anywhere close to quality and they always wore out REALLY, REALLY fast (like < 20k). I'd never buy another set of Hankooks either - I hated those on my truck - seemed like the only thing they were good for was MPG. Traction in snow absolutely sucked.... They were marginal in rain.

Given my experience with OEM Firestones, I've never even explored getting any kind of Firestone as a replacement. Seems like tire manufacturers should realize that if the OEM experience isn't all that great, most people won't look at them for replacements.

I've had EXCELLENT luck with Toyos of all sorts - well built, do well in rain and snow and they last well. Probably helps that Les Schwab sells a LOT of Toyos - I get most of my tires from them, although my last Toyos I got at Discount Tire.

The first set of Hankooks I had seemed to be ok, but didn't last that long. Mind you that was on an old GMC S15 Jimmy. After those were done I went with a set of Firestone Destination LE2's. I really liked those, but then I got rid of the vehicle.

On my first 2016 Nissan Frontier I had a set of Hankook Dynpro HT's and those were the noisiest tires I've ever had!!

After that truck I got a second 2016 Nissan Frontier(the Desert Runner) with a set of Hankook Dynpro ATM's. For that truck the Hankooks did alright. The only thing is didn't like was the fact on how easily they got punctured. The first set easily lasted a little over 50,000 miles. Traded the truck in before wearing out the second set.

Next was the Ranger. The Factory Bridgestone's were definitely crap in my opinion. I did put the Bridgestone Dueler AT REVO 3's on. They were ok, but nothing impressive. After that was the good old Firestone Destination XT. Plenty here seem to think they are not worth it, but then again they never bothered to try either. I had the set in my Range, a work van and the old 93 Pathfinder. I loved the help out of them.

Now with my 2012 Frontier, I originally had a set of Pathfinder AT Tires. Today they got replaced with Bridgestone Dueler AT Ascent's. Even though it's only the first day, I can say it's doing real well on the first day. Who can say how they will over time, but I am looking forward to the overall experience

I really liked the Michelin tires I've had in the past on our sedans. Yokohama on my sportier cars. That was for specific driving and regions of the country I frequent.

The factory tires on my Lariat were wearing pretty quick by the time I neared 30K miles and after some research and because of the mixed driving I do went with Michelin 'X Green' M+S P265/60R18's 109H rated tires.

Michelin LTX M/S2 P265/60R18 109H has a load index of 109, which means it can support a weight of 2,271 lbs (1,030 kg) per tire. It also has a speed rating of "H", which means it can reach speeds of up to 130 mph.
Nice ride, a little quieter than OEM and all around well reviewed. With a 60K warranty I got a spare factory rim, a fifth tire and do a five wheel rotation. With 20K miles they show very little wear though I haven't been loading/towing a lot - maybe a thousand miles total. Might be helping my MPGs (?) but for sure aren't hurting them.

No off-road or snow for me.

Mastercraft, Cooper's bargain brand. I had Cooper AT3's before, good performance in all conditions but I wasn't happy with the tread life. I said screw it, I can spend less and still get 35k out of something else. Made in USA and $186 each at my bud's tire shop. He's big on them and says he'll put them up against anything else. He had BFG A/T's for $297.

Time to have some more fun for those since plenty keep asking what tire they should buy!

Sticking to quality tires(because being a Cheap ASS and buy Chinese Tires is a bad idea), what Brand are you going with? Not to concerned about the exact tire Model, just the Brand.

I know I'm sticking with Bridgestone/Firestone!
If you ran this survey on the Taco forum, there would be a LOT of MT Baja Boss votes. I guess I'm the minority here.

Don't worry, I went ahead and did it on the frontier forms and surprisingly enough I had a lot of views but like next to no votes.

Some of the Toyota forums are pretty silent, which surprises me as they are a loyal bunch.
