I fit the Falcon Wildpeaks, AT3W in 275-70-17 I did remove the plastic covers and loosen the crash bar bolts to move them a bit, and it does barely touch on the left front bar on hard left turns over bumps.
Lock to lock is good no rubbing, it can't fit any bigger that's for sure!

I will see if it needs more clearance when I go off road, but as for now they barely fit.

It looks good, I'm happy to have a bigger tire without having to change anything on the suspension.

Looks really good. I took drpep up on the spacers he offered, now I’m waiting on the high clearance bars/beams and just gonna go for the 285’s ?

Up close clearance type pics? tire to knuckle, frame or crash bar pics? or tires on the truck pics?

Here is a truck shot, I took it off road briefly, so the tires are dirty.

The tires look like they fill the wheel wells a lot better than the stock tires, but they are less than an inch bigger. And my truck is leveled, but in the back not the front.

They feel great, but my tires were shot at 35k, so anything would feel great, they are really quiet, we'll see how long that lasts.

More truck shots like this, I agree for a small size change they really seem to fill up the wheel well a lot better.

How did you level it in the back?

I got the global leaf springs, then de-arched them 1.5" with short bump stops.

I ride a 9kw, heavy (130#) ebike, I wanted to lower the back for easier loading, 1.5" at the axle lowered the tailgate 3", plus I don't care for the stinkbug look, so yeah, most would raise the front.

Here are the knuckle pics, lots of room, but... these are the Falcon Wildpeaks AT3W's, they are discontinued, I had trouble finding them, they are rated as one of the best wet traction tires, but the AT4W that Falcon replaced them with does NOT get as good of a wet rating. With tires they are all a little different size, even if they are the the same 275-70-17 as a example, so how these fit in this size, in this brand, may be different with another tire.
I put blue tape on the crash bar to see how much contact it was making, only the left side rubs due to the caster setting, but, that is hitting a big bump on a hard turn to get it to rub, otherwise it does not touch.
I hope this helps.

Do you think it would still rub if you had a 1 inch level on the front?

I would think that would do it, I don't know, It barely touches now, and I think I'm bottoming the suspension, I hit the bump in the turn really hard to check it, way harder than you would normally drive it, I probably will make a change to the front bars anyways.

I'll show that setup to a friend. The new rotors and fuel wheels for his Ranger will be available soon and he can't still decide on tires due to AT3W's he wants aren't available anymore.

Do you think removing the front crash bar entirely would do it ?

All I have left is the rears and I'm kinda planning on swapping those to the high clearance bars ?

Actually, on my truck I am going to leave the front crash bars alone, it only touches when I really hammer it turning through dips and bumps, then, it only polishes the paint, it never touches in normal driving.

Yeah, when I read the difference between the AT3 and the AT4's, I called a local tire shop where I know they are sharp on off road tires, I asked him about it, he said "it's stupid, the AT3 set the standard on wet traction, now they change it" after that, I went on a search for the AT3's, found them at tire rack, I do worry if I ever have to replace one though.
