Ok then it's just the matter of, how many wires do you have running to your seat?

If all 10, then it's just plug and play for the Seat Power (Adjustment)
If not all 10, then you can tap into the 30 Amp Power - Coming off the BJB and either re-pin the main connector to the seat (add it) or by-pass that connector and run direct to the seat switch.
and then run a ground to the frame.

Fairly simple swap, as long as you do not want to add heated seats (in the programming) plus more $$ to add the FCIM and it may not play nice if only doing (1) seat.

No Forscan changes - that I see for the Seat Track & Buckle - Sensors
Seat Power - Plug & Play (as long as wiring is present)
Airbag - appears plug and play - as your current seat has it already
Seat Heater - extra money and Forscan changes, plus may require both seats for it to work without errors.
That's pretty comprehensive and I thank you. I'll get a look at the connector tonight or tomorrow on my day off. By the by, have you seen any power aftermarket seats around? Just curious as I prefer the OEM. And pardon a dumb question, BJB refers to what? I have an idea but want to be sure.

It is OEM. I wasn't able to locate anything aftermarket with power adjustments unfortunately. If you know of any please let me know in a reply.
I have done some searching for alternatives and have not found any either - for my driver's seat comfort issue.
Even tried looking into swapping in a seat from another model - F-150, Mustang Etc.

Not to deter you in your venture, but I am assuming you are attempting to get a better seat comfort (within) the power seats.
I have a Lariat, that I am dealing with that issue and have power seats

I spent some time in the garage today playing with some foam adding, I have it better but not perfect.
One thing that I note, is the rear bolster (Lariat), by adding enough padding under the cushion I can eliminate that bolster (bulge) however it highlights the (rod) that the Hog Rings attach to and I can feel that.

For me as I am still (playing with options) I am looking into the possibility of just swapping my cushions out for an XLT (trial & error) to get it comfortable, this may be my last-ditch attempt.
If upholstery shop is a bust

Anyway, my point is: Just be aware - if you are the driver that slouches (scoots) your back forward on the seat (in front of the rear bolster) No Issue.
But, if like me - who prefers to have my back fully against the back of the seat, you are partially sitting on the rear bolster.
This is just a FYI

BJB - Battery Junction Box (Engine Bay - Fuse Box)

Ref: Seat Source - other than the Ebay searches - NO (Online)
But there is a member from (CO) who posted seats (take-offs) for a Front Set ($900) like 2-weeks ago.

I truly wish the 5g would be in the Pick N Pull yards by now, but it's just not the case

My motivation for wanting the power seat is more about making it easy to change seat positions from when I am driving to when my wife is driving and back again. She is short of stature at 4'10¾" and cursed with T-Rex arms (not a "little person") that make reaching down in front of the seat to adjust forward for reach of the wheel and pedals a bit challenging from the seated position. Then I get in and have to readjust the seat and mirrors back. I wish it had seat position memory as well like her Chrysler 300C.

For a Ref: Here is how your (seat side) connector is pinned.

Man Seat Pinout.webp

Starting at Blue Circle - Top Row (Left to Right)

Top Row
Pin #1 - Switch Power - Missing
Pin #2 - Not Used
Pin #3 - Dr. Buckle Switch (You Have)
Pin #4 - LF Seat Track Position Sensor (You Have)
Pin #5 - Not Used
Pin #6 - Not Used
Pin #7 - Grd for Seat Track Position & Buckle Sensor (You Have)
Pin #8 - Grd for Seat Switch & Heater Mat (Missing)

Bottom Row:
Pin #9 - Heater Feed (Missing)
Pin #10 - Heater Feed Return (Missing)
Pin #11 - Heater Sensor (Missing)
Pin #12 - Air Bag (You Have)
Pin #13 - Air Bag (You Have)
Pin #14 - Not Used
Pin #15 - Not Used
Pin #16 - Not Used

Note: Not Used = Not used and is an empty cavity

So, you need the other side of this connector to have the (Missing) wires, this is the one coming out of the floor carpet up to the seat.
If they are missing, then you will have to run you own wiring to Pins 1 & 8 or direct to the seat switch and by-pass this connector (if you are only wanting) seat power

Here's hoping the wires are already present in the harness to make it easy then! Hopefully I will get under there later today. Update to follow one way or another.

Do any seats have the air bladders in the bottom cushion I wonder ?? Wifey's ride has them all over and ive tested some that got your sides and back and will squeeze your thighs a little, but none in the very bottom, which would be ideal methinks ...
(They do make air adjustable seat cushions , maybe one could be modded in there somehow ?)

I mean add memory to our stupid seats lol. My mustang has it and it's clutch.
Don't think it can be added.....wife's Subi has it and it's nice when I have to drive it. But I'm the Ranger's driver 99.9% of the time, and seat stays where I put it.

Basically no matter what it will work. Either a custom harness to adapt to the plug, plug it straight in, or hook it up to the battery. I have done a couple power seat conversions, not too terrible honestly. Never got the factory heated seat to work tho.
