I have a 2019 with a RC level kit, I am running 275.65.18 with no rub issues. I just got new intrusion bars to be installed next week. How big of a tire has you all put on with out issues.

It’s tough to say because you’ll have to consider more than diameter.

Wide - wider and you risk rubbing the knuckle and might need spacers
Tall - taller and you risk rubbing crash bars, liners, fogs
Offset - are you running OEM or lower offset wheels

With factory wheels, a 2-1/2” RC kit, and new crash bars, you can likely go up to 285/65R18 (32.6”) and maybe 295/65R18 (33.1” but might be too wide).

So, you need to ask yourself if it‘s worth it for an extra one quarter or maybe a half inch in height?

Perfect answer, thank you. I think I'm gonna go with the 32.6 and not have to worry. The extra quarter inches in worth it.

Well, if you add up ALL the 1/4”s from each tire, you can tell folks you gained an extra inch in height, total. ;) ? ?

So you are already running a tire that is not rubbing on anything as we speak. Why are you bothering to change the Crash bars if you will stick with the current size?

He’s running a 32.1” tire now but moving to a 32.6” tire. He may not even need to change the crash bars.

I guess, if he ever switches to a lower offset wheel, he’ll be prepared.

I will agree with that. I recall running the 285/70-17 on my 2018 and I never changed the crash bars

I just put on some 255/75/17's on a new 17x8.5 0 offset wheel. With a 2" leveling kit there is no rub at all with the factory crash bars.
