Posting Pictures

How on earth do you post pictures on here? I've tried copy and paste, I've tried attaching files and nothing works. Anything I'm missing here?

One way is to click the "attach files" button in the lower left hand corner of your post. You can also click the insert image icon at the top of your post.

Its easier for me to post pictures with my phone since almost all of my pictures are on my phone.

Click the insert image icon (it looks like a picture), click the box that pops up to select images, select the image(s), click done. And poof, there they are.

Nothing even shows up. I got to hit post and it says it's still uploading...even after a few minutes.

Might have to resize the picture. I've had to do it on occasion if they were too large.

I find using the 'attach files' button at the bottom left of the posting box, then clicking 'insert full image' once its uploaded works the best for me. I don't have issues with image size when I do it that way.

Sometimes I can't attach pics I borrow via Chrome - makes many into some format I don't understand. But if I get that same pic via Edge, it'll usually post in. That's for copy and paste from the web.

Otherwise, I can post from my phone as someone mentioned above and, on my main PC, I download my pic from Google Photos (I only started using that last year - thanks god because where would I store the 6,073 pics of Cheech?!?). I download the pic then can drag it into the post (it'll say "+ Copy" when I place it correctly).

Or I go obnoxiously nuts with copilot and copy and paste from there.

At the top of the post dialog box, click on the "insert image" 10th icon from the left...looks like a mountain with a sun/moon pictogram...it opens and then drag or click the blank frame to open an explorer directory that is on your PC...navigate to where the image is that you want to add and double click that image file...done...

I just copy paste. It always looks like two pics are there until it is done uploading.

Here...

My phone needs about 15 seconds for the selection screen to load. I usually stare at a blank screen for 10-15 seconds while the selection screen loads. Then,,, I can access my photo album.
