Requested pictures of my vinyl interior

A few have asked what the base model xl with all vinyl(no carpet) interior looks like. Here are a few pictures of mine. I put 2 grand into it for exterior cosmetics, and still stayed under 28grand ?

I've got the same thing but blue. If you ever change the radio let me know. I wanted to put an aftermarket touchscreen in mine but according to Crutchfield it can't be done with the blue screen radio. They didn't explain why though. I'm guessing the adaptors aren't available.

As of now, I have no reason to upgrade. My phone connects via Bluetooth and have all the music in different apps. I use the google maps app for navigation if needed. My other truck has the navigation with big display and all that, but I use the Ranger for daily commute and a “run around” truck mostly. If I’m going on a long trip or something, we’re taking my wife’s Tahoe or my Sierra. I’ll keep you in mind though if I do ever upgrade

They call it leather, but if it is, it is low grade and the cheapest leather I have ever seen. The low grade leather is really my main and only complaint about my Ranger.

Josh, those are stock vinyl seat covers that can be ordered with the base XL package.

I knew the inside was different but never got to see actually inside. Thanks for the pictures, good post. The seats definitely look just as good as Lariat seats. A definite difference in the center buttons that control the AC/radio/etc, whatever you call that. Not really knowledgeable on terminology... But for the price, that's killer and can be had without.

I remember someone asking in a thread if they would regret not having power seats and after looking at those controls, I would say not at all. Heck, half the time people get in my car and don't even know how to operate the power seats and I have to explain to them " a little knob you push forward and backward to move it" very hard explanation for someone not used to those kind of seats. Last note, your truck is so darn clean, I love it. Last time my truck was like that was when it came off the lot
