Actually did this yesterday, but couldn't post it until today because...um... well... ah.... um.... let's just say I'd recently been provided with a short forum vacation. Anyway, I drove the blue baby to the plant nursery to pick up some new additions for a flower bed we've recently added. (Yes, spring fever is alive and well at our house.) And as we were heading home the odometer hit 20,000 miles. Yep, 20K and I'm still in love with this truck.

While the Warden was sitting beside me, I didn't mention it to her as her response would have been more along the lines of "What?! 20K in 14 months! OMG! We've got to start driving the car more. You need to cool your jets. What are you trying to do? Wear the thing out in X years?!" Some things the Warden simply doesn't need to know.

Yep. 20K miles. Not so much as one hiccup. Must be the blue.

Bummer on the fee but hooray for your Ranger!

How do you like that roller thing? And how does it work with different weight loads?

I imagine it works great for light loads and I also guess it depends what your bed is lined with. Bare bed is probably alot better than a BedRug.

Either way, it's probably alot easier than my rope technique, which wreaks havoc with my crappy shoulders.
The Loadhandler does a great job! I put a tarp down first and then lay the roller sheet on top since I have spray in bed liner. I mentioned the Loadhandler in another post that you can checkout here, if you look close you can see the blue tarp.

Drove up to Cherokee National Forest on this amazing spring day before 5 days of rain. Haven’t washed the truck since January. Miles of Forest Service Roads didn’t help today . Maybe after a week of rain I won’t have to wash it?

Got in an hour and 15 minutes of fly fishing my favorite local-ish (only 55 miles, but 2 hour drive) stream. Fish were cooperative. Started with a surprise Native Brook Trout and got 3 wild rainbows as well after hooking up with 7 (single barbless hooks will do that ?). Liked my new 3wt Fenwick Rod. Loaded better than my old 3wt.

Gee, I have a bland life (except for the extraordinary dump runs that many envy, I'm sure). =)

Washed Soupie yesterday, just a soap canon and rinse since it was 49°. And today, I've parked Soupie like a drunk man so that I can film the house with the dash cam for the eclipse!
