(HVAC) low pressure from vents when multiple vents are selected

if more than 1 vent is selected they lose pressure. any suggestions for fixing this? pressure seems fine when a single vent is selected. when multiple vents are selected i hear a loud noise (the air pressure) in the center of the dash as if there's a leak or something. thanks any advice is appreciated. Everything else about the hvac works well.

when you say they all do it do you mean they all break or this is normal function. i've also found pieces of black foam spat out of the defrost vent. i don't think mine is normal function.

Normal function. Mine has done it since I rolled it off the lot.
