About time that I start a thread for my Ranger, so here it is.

Current mods:
Tailgate Damper
Bak X4s Tonneau Cover
Black Horse Armour II Roll Bar w/ Basket
Tufskinz American Flag Tailgate Letters
MagnaFlow Exhaust
The OCD Plug Screen Protector

Notes on the roll bar and tonneau cover situation
The roll bar is sold as a direct fit to the Ranger. It does fit, however, the clamp which keeps it secure is at an angle. This does seem to hold anyways. The tonneau cover rails need to be drilled in order to be able to sit "flush" with the bed rails. I use quotes for flush because the rails need to be pulled out of being straight because of how the roll bar mounts. Overall, I am very happy with how it came out and will be back tomorrow with pictures.

Congratulations on your excellent taste in choosing colors ... and dampers!

About the last two pictures:
I am trying to demonstrate the necessity to drill the tonneau rails, as well as how the clamp sits at a angle, making the lock washer useless. I did use loctite because of the lock washer's ineffectiveness, as well as a lack of easy access to these bolts.

I have noticed a whistle which starts around 40 mph or so, but is not terribly loud.

Further notes on roll bars with tonneau covers for the Ranger:
A tonneau cover makes finding a roll bar which will work incredibly difficult. In order to not need any modification to the tonneau, it is my belief it would be necessary to drill into the top of the bed rails. In order to avoid further frustration, it ought to drill toward the inside of the bed rail in order to avoid the angled reinforcement.

I will be back with more updates on mods to my Ranger (one of which is already underway).

Been longer than I wanted, but I got LED Door Sill lights installed. Pics below.

Install:
Overall, these were a pain to install. Peeling the trim pieces back was... interesting. The first one broke two of the retaining clips. None of the other three broke. The connectors for the door sill lights barely fit together. Lastly, the wiring instructions tell you to splice into the white wire with the green stripe. Unfortunately, there are two white wires with a green stripe.

Other notes:
These scratch really easily. I would recommend a clear protective tape over the top before installing these.

Get a performance exhaust, that'll fix that noise.

Finally got some of the other things!

First, I followed @got3fords' advice.

I got the MagnaFlow single exit cat-back exhaust. It sounds fantastic, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Mild interior noise, sounds nice and aggressive and doesn't drone. Install went about as expected and took about 4 and a half hours for my father and I. Taking the factory exhaust off was... interesting. One bolt was very tight and very hard to get a grip on. Putting the new exhaust on was tricky. Some of the pies didn't fit quite right, but were pretty easy to bend back into shape with channel locks. All in all, very happy with it.

I also got a pair of Baja Designs LP6 lights. I'm going to mount these on top off the "roll bar" (I had to take the rack off), but I need to lengthen the wiring harness. I've contacted Baja Designs, but they're closed until the new year, so I might proceed without their advice-but I highly doubt it.

Also, I got the OCD screen protector. Kinda tricky to find which one it is, but I've linked one that works. This definitely has a strong glare, but doesn't show fingerprints or scratch.

Buy some deutsch connectors and crimpers and make an extension...
