I wasn't going to post my truck in a build thread. I've already done my Fox 2.0's and Timbren bump stops. Today I'm doing wheels & tires. I was cool right up until I saw this... (see attached video)
...then my brain went on fire!

And if that wasn't enough, my guy told me my bumper was in.

This is the Ford Performance bumper. I've been stressing over this decision for a while now. Now that I see it in person, I'm really happy. Regardless of what Ford says, my sensors and ACC are going on no matter what! This'll be a project, but I don't care.

As for the Ford Performance Bumper:

My rep at OK4WD got shut down by their management. Apparently, they'll install, but they won't modify. Ken's a good guy and he set me up with a shop that will mod & fab. I'm now waiting on a call from Brass Knuckle Automotive in Easton, PA. If anyone has had work done there, please give me a few words on your experience. Thanks.

On Auxilliary Switch Wiring:

I'm thinking about putting a row of 5 switches here.

My thought is to run the wires across the headliner and down the A-pillar. Question is, which side will be easier to work and get through the firewall? Driver or passenger?

Not done yet, but I'm really feeling optimistic that this is gonna work out nice. The owner, Mat Vangeli refabricated the acc mounting bracket. Feels rock solid, looks stock.

Pretty sad display on Ford that they could not include the 2 minutes of drilling for the sensors. You are Ford for heaven's sake tell ARB to put the holes there.

Its like the Ford Performance grille, I'm betting the molding around the letters was just a corner cutting measure. I mean heaven forbid you take the time to produce a product with the letters separated from a piece of plastic backing. The Chinese are making better detailed bumpers than the OEM. Disgusting.

Sensors:
So, with no recalibrating, all seems well. I have 2 hours of highway driving ahead so I'll continue to monitor.
