I run a 1 UP rack and love it. I don't like tailgate pads because they can damage the tailgate and/or bike. Also, I typically store my bike gear in the bed. The 1 UP rack is, in my opinion, the best on the market. Also, the rack clears our tailgate, but just barely.
I'd love some pictures of that brake light! Also, do the Morimoto side markers have reflectors?
What was the difference between the Turbo Smart and UPR bov's?
Finally got some of the other things!
First, I followed @got3fords' advice.
I got the MagnaFlow single exit cat-back exhaust. It sounds fantastic, and my only regret is not doing it sooner. Mild interior noise, sounds nice and aggressive and doesn't drone. Install went about as expected and...
Absolutely. I have fit a 29er in my bed with a tonneau cover. For a long term solution though, I would recommend the 1Up bike rack. It's spendy, but absolutely worth it.
Been longer than I wanted, but I got LED Door Sill lights installed. Pics below.
Install:
Overall, these were a pain to install. Peeling the trim pieces back was... interesting. The first one broke two of the retaining clips. None of the other three broke. The connectors for the door sill...
About the last two pictures:
I am trying to demonstrate the necessity to drill the tonneau rails, as well as how the clamp sits at a angle, making the lock washer useless. I did use loctite because of the lock washer's ineffectiveness, as well as a lack of easy access to these bolts.
I have...
The roll bar is sold as a direct fit to the Ranger. It does fit, however, the clamp which keeps it secure is at an angle. This does seem to hold anyways. The tonneau cover rails need to be drilled in order to be able to sit "flush" with the bed rails. I use quotes for flush because the rails...
About time that I start a thread for my Ranger, so here it is.

Notes on the roll bar and tonneau cover situation...
After a great deal of thinking, I have decided not to go with the Boundry chase rack for a few reasons. First, I am worried about the weight from 2 dirt bikes on the bed rails. While I think it would hold up, I would rather play it safe. Furthermore, I am able to fit 2 dirt bikes in the bed...
Thanks for the information everyone. I am still considering the Boundry rack and am growing less concerned about the weight. That being said, I have the Bak Revolver X4s, which makes it significantly harder to install because of the lower cross beam as can be seen in their instructions. I am...
I can take a trailer, but it is not ideal, and I want a roll bar anyway. The bed rails may be strong enough with the metal at a 45º angle connecting the bed rail to the wall of the bed. I'm not sure though. I will get back to you when I figure out what I'm doing.
I am looking at buying the new Boundry roll bar to my '23 Tremor with the BAK Revolver X4s. Because I also want to put dirt bikes on the roll bar, I was wondering if I would need to reinforce the bed rails, and if so, how I would go about this. Thanks for the help.
