What did you do to your Ranger today?

So I got the Brake Controller all installed came out good. Next time I tow my tractor I can test it.

I through bolted the controller and then tie strapped it in place just for a secondary retention.

Soupie got a lick and a promise today.

Squirted it with Mr Pink and a quick rinse to help break down some of the tree sap and tannic acid from falling leaves.

No brushing or rubbing. Just an excuse to be outside, away from the work PC, on a nice 60 degree fall day.

I really need to vac out the inside, there's enough dirt and Cheech hair on the mats to start an organic garden for the engine cover mice! =p

Still a decent shine from this summer's graphene.

Cheech made sure I didn't miss a spot. =)

The hoods that use a prop rod rest quite a bit lower than the ones that have hood struts.
Yours being a 2019 I'm sure you have plenty of room under the hood.


I can't work under the hood at the corners without bumping the corners with my head least once.

Question on your paint.... Are there places between panels that it looks like they totally missed with the blue and top coat? Ie it's primer grey in them?

For me it is between the a pillar and front fender joint...

There are other places but this was the easiest photo to snap...

Mine are thr same way and more noticeable since my truck is blue. But, i have so many nicks on my paint, its not noticeable. my truck will lose paint in another year or two

That is suppose to be the “suede“ finish. Zoom in on the stitching. It’s crazy.
