WOW! I guess you did try everything, that is so strange, we have the exact same truck and I have one from the 1st batch and it fits perfect, about 1" from the AC line and squarely between the wire harnesses. I had zero issues with the install, only had a problem getting the OEM cap off, used a breaker bar thru the wheel well and that was easy, go figure.

Might just be the pic but, isn't it close to/hitting your AC line?

Just the pic angle.
This is mine from same angle, and from the side....plenty of "wiggle room".

It looks okay, but I think the A/Cline should be moved a little, it does move easily by hand, it is long and easy to reposition, start with loosening the bolt (as shown in the notes) move it up and back, if it is still a little close, gently reposition the line by simply pushing it to the left, it will move easier than you would think, that's why I think they are all in different positions, on the assembly line it must be a wide range of acceptable placement.

Were you referring to my photo? or @Grumpaw, or both. I thought there was enough room but can certainly move it. :)

So I took a video of the dipstick while power-braking the truck, mash the brakes pin the throttle and checked how far the engine moved, it does not move a huge amount, I just like extra room there, its hard to tell in the pics how close it really is, about an inch is fine, less than that, adjust the A/C line over.

This looks like plenty of space...

My ac line is fairly rigid, and the Fitzstick mount is secured to the bracket....neither is going anywhere near the other....good inch space between them.
Nothing on mine to worry about.
