Tremor package is gone

My sales dude calls me on my birthday, nice way to keep customers I think. Good WV boy as well.

This B day, I asked him, "is it true the ranger tremor is no more?" He said yep, tremor in the F series and Mavericks now.

Afraid it will take from the raptor he guesses. He bought a '23 ranger tremor, the last year. And his daughter bought a maverick tremor.

Amazing ford, amazing I must say. Another stroke of sheer marketing brilliance.

Guess its Chevy or Toyota for me in the next year.

Pretty sure that it will be back. If you recall, there was no Tremor until 2021 (no in 2019 or 2020).

I don't need or want a raptor. I don't even need this tremor package but, its in my opinion about as perfect a factory off road set you can get.

About the only way I'm looking at a 24+ is if they bring the Thunder. Give me that Raptor power in a street version Ranger!! But odds are I will not like the price.

I bought a 23 Tremor just for that reason. Didn't want to pay the extra 10K for Raptor with more crap I didn't need and full time 4WD

As a Tremor owner... It is a nice vehicle but for me, the more research I did on the fox suspension (the main selling point to me) I quickly realized that fox may not be the suspension I want longterm.

Now it is going to "buy me some time" before I have to upgrade from the stock suspension.... But I'm going to upgrade eventually anyway...

The switchea on the dash are nice, and the additional ride height isn't bad.... Would have preferred that Ford went with the actually fox 2.0 adjustable, but it is better than the FX4 or basic suspension...

I'm replacing the steps with sliders (soonish), the fender flare are Meh, tires and wheels Meh.

I don't regret the Tremor package, I did get a cool bedside sticker and mine is straight.

sooner or later I know I will get it stuck in a snow bank and wish I had an F250 or military 6x6 but until then LOL

Bring it back with minimum 2.7L and you got something in between the stock Ranger and the Raptor. Raptor should have the coyote honestly

Many of us are looking forward to a 2.7L Tremor as that exact sweet spot, especially us that tow. The Raptor de-rates the towing capacity 2,000 lbs / 200 lbs (trailer / hitch weight).

I would say yes (I saw or read somewhere they are essentially the 2.0 shocks, just without any adjustability).

When I swap mine out I'll see if I can find a local shop to take them to so I can 'help' with the rebuild to see how they look... I'll also likely hold onto them so I have "spare suspension" when the replacement needs serviced....

I also forgot the 'skid plates'that I replaced already... I am not sure I would have trusted those thin pieces of bent sheet metal to protect anything...

Anyone want to buy tremor skid plates? I'll give ya a great deal, like new... Never bashed...

There was that one off Tremor in 2014, which was the exact opposite of what the Tremor is now. Has Ford ever used the Tremor name before that?
