Well, I’m intrigued. ?I don't think so. This is a burr mill and is supposed to go to 400 mesh but I have my doubts. I think the 00 is stone ground from a soft and hard wheat mix. We actually quit using the 00 because we settled on a hearty crispy crust. Still haven't fired this up to use yet. Trying to figure out how to clean it first and waiting for a 30 amp 120v plug to arrive. I'm going to start with corn first because I love corn muffins and tortillas. My wife wants grits and polenta. I bought dent corn, and hard red and white wheat berries to play with next for sour dough bread. Going to try oatmeal, rice, durum wheat (semolina), and beans eventually. Hoping to start growing my own corn and wheat in the future. Whole wheat berries will last for years, but after grinding are only good for 4 days. That's why commercial flours have so many preservatives and additives. With the Ukraine wheat stores being destroyed I think this may be a good time to prepare for reduced wheat supplies for a couple years. Plus this should be healthier.
