Started grinding some grains and I can easily get to 60 mesh that must be close to 00 flour. Got cut short though with an emergency so will finish up later. The grinder is a beast. Here's a quick look at how it works

Thanks. She came home last night and is better today. They kept her overnight and did every test in the book. Still couldn't nail it down to anything. The biggest culprit was she had major dental work a couple days before with anesthesia and that could have interacted with her heart. What an amazing group of nurses and doctors in our local ER. Tough getting old.

Sauce. Backlogged with about 200 pounds of tomatoes so got out my squeezomatic and pureed about 8 1/2 gallons of them. Cooking down and adding the rest of the ingredients for a garlic basil sauce I'm going to can. Soooo good when you mix paste, plum, black, cherry, and principle tomatoes in a batch of sauce.

pizza hut big new yorker... it was food. it tasted just a bit better than what i expect the box it came in to taste like ?. The pizza hut staff was very nice, right on time.
