Used bedliner spray(Not herculiner this time) to hit the inner edges of my front bumper, then used semi-gloss paint to help reduce UV fade.

Looks like ass? Yes.
Do I regret buying cheap masking tape? Oh yes.
Will I fix it? Maybe.

One it cures it shouldn't be so awfully glossy.

milliions of boats, yachts, warships etc. are aluminium. but they are not the same situation as the valve stem caps we were talking about. metal boats and most metal running gear for boats have "zincs". they may not actually be made of zinc but are sacrificial / anode metals that can be replaced as they are eaten away by electrolysis and galvanic corrosion. most aluminum boats over 45 feet also come painted or sealed for protection as well.

someone should tell these guys their boats are going to fall apart.

https://www.metalsharkboats.com/

they should probably notify the USCG, US Navy and other Navys around the world that use their boats. . .
hey, i remember those. us taxpayers just bought of fleet of them as a free gift to Ukraine.

Installed Truxedo LoPro tonneau cover.
Instructions harder than ikea and I think I have to do some adjustments. The cover doesn’t sit so flush in corners.
time will tell how it does.

Looks fine...Looks exactly like mine does, and I get a bit of H2O at the tailgate area during a heavy rain.
It will keep 99,5% of water out, leaves, falling poopie, ect. As others posted, dust may get in thru the tailgate cracks, but really, not a lot. During our camping trips I keep a lot of stuff back there, and even during driving rain, it's always kept the back dry.

I personally shoved my corners between the rail cap and rails for a few days to train them to stay down. I also lowered the entire rail/frame downward to sit flush with the caps.

Oil change number 3. 15,000 miles and one month before my one year anny. Yowza I drive a lot! I really can't believe I'm changing the oil again already. I can't complain too much. I installed the Valvomax drain on my last change and please suffice it to say that this is the hardest, firmest high-five I can give to everyone that recommended it. Love it.

Also can't complain too awful much because it's quality time with my heart and soul. He's a decent little assistant! Our redline struts we installed a few months ago were well worth the dough for stuff like this.

Added a light to the Topper. Came with two mounts. Mounted one for using on exterior and one for inside lighting. USB rechargeable and rotates 90 degrees in mount. Has 3 brightness settings. Only $20 so giving a try before I decide on permanent lighting options after getting a Jackety/Bluetti type battery.

Info for the OCD crowd…inside mount is not centered because I sleep on that side ???

I'm ashamed to say this.....I've had mine about 3 weeks shy of a full year. It had 62 miles on it when the transport truck delivered it to me from CA....Today it has whopping 148 miles on it.

I think I'll have to dig it out of the garage, this week or next and use it as my run-around vehicle for a few days.

My Jeep is going in to the body shop to get the hood & left rear door replaced under warranty because of corrosion under the paint. This is the second visit to the body shop now. When they are done with it this time, warranty will have paid out $8,000 buck for the repairs. Jeep is spending $$$ right and left to repair all of the mid 2018-2023 Wranglers as nearly all of them are having the same issue as mine.
